Sprint or retainer? How to start with AI automation without overcommitting

There are two ways to start working with us: a fixed-price First Automation Sprint, or a monthly retainer. Here's how to decide which fits.

The sprint: one automation, fixed price

The First Automation Sprint is £3,000, excluding VAT. In 14 days we audit your week, agree one automation in writing, build it on your tools, test it with the person who'll approve it, and hand it over with a one-page summary. It suits firms that want to see one working result before committing further.

The retainer: automation across the business

The retainer is £4,000 a month, excluding VAT. We map, build and run automations across your whole business, add new ones each month, monitor and fix them, and upgrade them as AI improves. You get a monthly results report and call. It runs month to month with 30 days' notice.

Choose the sprint if…

You're not sure where to start, you want to prove the idea to your team, or you have one task that clearly costs more hours than any other.

Choose the retainer if…

You already know several areas of the business need attention, you want someone keeping your automations current as tools change, or you'd rather not manage it all yourself.

No lock-in either way

If the sprint doesn't pay off for you, you stop there and keep the automation. There's no obligation to move to a retainer, and retainers have no long contract.
